This place is the best for sampling in all of Las Vegas. I believe it is operated by the same person that owns Tommy's in San Francisco,highly rated as one of the best tequila bars in the country.<br/> Anyway, I sampled a Sotol Añejo, "Hacienda de Chihuahua".
