We were at the Addison Blue Mesa this time and boy and all of you that could not make it miss out !

Ourt tasting of Tezon was a pleasant surprise. We loved the Agave flavors that were very present in the Blanco. Their agave pina's are gently cooked in brick ovens. They then "wheel" press instead of shred the cooked agave. Wheel press is an older but very good technology to obtain quality tequila. They then ferment and distill in small copper stills. Copper provides a certain taste as well to the tequila which can also be found in El Tesoro tequila.

Overall the color of the reposado and anejo was a little light, but the taste is still pretty good. My favorite was the blanco out of their lineup.
